Robert was the only child of William and Ellen Fenn of 1 Bath Cottages, Maidstone Road, Felixstowe.  Born 10 Oct 1894.

He served in the 7th Battalion The Suffolk Regt and died age 22 on 12 Oct 1916, 2 days after his birthday.  He is commemorated on the Thiepval Memorial
