Lieutenant 259092, Royal Army Service Corps. Died 16/07/1945. Age 34.

 

Bernard was born 29th September 1910, at Noak Hill, Romford, the only son of Bernard William Clark and Sarah nee Walker. He had an elder sister Hilda Grace born 26th March 1907. Bernard senior served in the Labour Corps during WW1. By 1919 the family were living at 107 King Street, Walton. In 1939 the family had moved to 14 Princes Road where Bernard George was working as a postman.
